These Terms and Conditions apply when you book or use car recovery, towing or roadside assistance services from Car Recovery Dubai (“we”, “us”, “our”), or use carrecoverydubai.io. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide vehicle recovery, towing, transport and roadside assistance in Dubai and, where agreed, to other emirates. Services are subject to availability, safe access to the vehicle and the conditions on site.

Booking and information you give us

• Please give us accurate details: your exact location, the vehicle make and model, its condition, and any access information such as tower name, parking level, height limits or security requirements.
• The type of truck and equipment we send, and the price we quote, are based on this information.
• We may decline or stop a job if it is unsafe, if access is not possible, or if we cannot confirm that you are allowed to move the vehicle.

Quotes and pricing

• We confirm the price before dispatch, based on the information you provide.
• If the job on site is different from what was described, for example the location, vehicle condition or access, we will explain the change and ask for your approval before doing any extra work. No extra charges are added without your agreement.
• Prices include VAT where it applies.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the service is completed. We accept cash, card and digital payment methods, such as payment links or bank transfer, as confirmed at booking.

Cancellations

You can cancel a booking at any time by calling or messaging us. If a cancellation charge applies once a truck has already been dispatched, we will tell you before dispatch.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure you own the vehicle or are authorised to arrange its recovery.
• Remove valuables and personal items before the vehicle is loaded.
• Arrange any building, parking or security permissions needed for access, and provide keys where required.
• Follow any instructions from Dubai Police or other authorities after an accident before the vehicle is moved.

Vehicle condition

Our driver checks the vehicle before loading and may take photos to record its condition. Please inspect your vehicle at delivery and tell us immediately about any concern so we can review it.

Liability

We handle every vehicle with care. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for:

• faults or damage that existed before we collected the vehicle;
• items left inside the vehicle;
• delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, authorities or other events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

Third parties

If you ask us to deliver your vehicle to a garage, dealership, insurer or another third party, their own terms apply to the work they carry out.

The content on carrecoverydubai.io is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate, but services, availability and prices may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
